Jeremy T. Vermilyea


Jeremy Vermilyea helps his clients get things built. He regularly acts as outside general counsel to construction contractors throughout the Pacific Northwest, advising on a broad array of matters from contract negotiation to project management issues to resolution of disputes arising from such things as payment, scope and delay claims, or arguments over workmanship.

Jeremy has been working in the construction field for 20 years. He has litigated numerous complex matters in state and federal courts in Oregon, Alaska, Washington, Idaho and California, and has also been actively involved with the Associated General Contractors (AGC), both nationally and in the state chapters in Oregon, Washington and Alaska. As the leader of Schwabe’s Construction team, Jeremy helps ensure that clients can quickly and seamlessly access the firm’s full slate of business services to achieve their goals.
