William E. Love
Since coming to Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in 1983, Bill Love has combined his legal and business experience to develop a strong practice in the representation of financial institutions, emphasizing banking and savings and loan institutions. Prior to joining the firm, Bill served for 13 years as chairman and chief executive officer of a four-state, billion-dollar savings and loan association, and 13 years as a lawyer in private practice. In addition to his financial background, Bill has extensive legal experience in business and corporate law, and in mergers and acquisitions. He served on the law faculty at the University of Washington School of Law from 1952-56.
