Matthew Bisturis, an associate in the Vancouver office of regional Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, has been named one of the Vancouver Business Journal’s 2011 Accomplished & Under 40 recipients.

The Accomplished & Under 40 awards honor young professionals who have distinguished themselves with a balance of accomplishments both in their profession and in the community at large. This year’s class was determined by an 11-member selection committee, comprised of former honorees. The committee reviewed candidates based on demonstrated professional accomplishments, leadership abilities, efforts on behalf of local nonprofits, community involvement and positive feedback from clients, fellow employees and supervisors.

Bisturis focuses his practice in the areas of business and real estate transactions, including choice of entity and entity formations, business transition strategies, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and general corporate and real estate matters. He works with public and private entities and individuals in various aspects of business and real estate transactions. Bisturis graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law with a juris doctor degree.
