Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt announced today the addition of Peenesh Shah and Jordan Silk as associates in the firm’s Portland office.

Shah focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Schwabe, he served as a judicial law clerk, first for the Honorable Raymond T. Lyons at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, and then for the Honorable Susan P. Graber at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Shah graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with a juris doctor degree. Prior to attending law school, he served two years as a medic in the United States Army’s Fourth Infantry Division.

Silk focuses his practice on complex civil litigation matters in Schwabe’s product litigation group. Prior to joining Schwabe, he served for two years as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rives Kistler, Associate Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court. Silk graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law with a juris doctor degree.
