Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt recently added Lauren Rogers to its Portland office as an associate in the firm’s business group.

Rogers comes to Schwabe from Kell, Alterman & Runstein, LLP. She focuses her practice in the areas of business formation, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general tax planning. Rogers has experience with entity formation and succession and the tax aspects of business transactions.

Rogers graduated from Seattle University with a juris doctor degree and master of science degree in finance and from Georgetown University Law Center with a master of laws degree in taxation. Rogers attended University of Portland where she graduated with a degree in business.
