Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt supports
attorneys’ professional development goals through firm-paid
attendance at Continuing Legal Education (CLE), in-house CLE sessions
and practice-specific training.
Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt’s mentor program is designed
to provide a mentor for each new associate and lateral associate
joining the firm. The mentor is a more senior associate who can
help facilitate integration into the firm and practice groups.
Mentor assignments last for six months or longer, and each mentor
and mentee have specific, achievable goals by which to measure
progress during that time. The firm has designated a shareholder
who is in charge of mentoring and supporting mentor relationships.
