employees. Some benefits are available to part-time regular
employees at varying levels, based on scheduled hours. All

Recruitment Referral Bonus:
Lateral Attorney Hire - $1250 on first day / $1250 at one
year of service
Paralegal Hire - $900 at 30 days of service / $600 at one

Tuition Reimbursement: Annual limit of $1500
per year for qualifying expenses

Paralegal and Staff Sick and Vacation Leave
Vacation: 10 days in first year of service;
12 days per year after one year of service; 15 days per year
after five years of service; 18 days per year after 10 years
of service
Sick: 10 days in the first year of service;
12 days per year after one year of service
Attendance Award: $100 cash award for employees
who use three or less sick days in a calendar year
Sick Leave Cash Out or Conversion: Accrued
sick leave in excess of 45 days may be cashed out at 50% value
or converted to the Extended Leave Program at 75% value
Extended Leave Program: Up to two extended
leaves of six and nine weeks each are available after 10 years
of service, subject to the terms of the program
Attorney Fees Paid
Bar Dues: Payment of state bar membership
dues and allowance for attendance at approved bar conventions
and functions
Professional Liability Insurance: Payment
of basic and excess coverage, excluding prior acts coverage,
with maximum limits of $20 million / $40 million
Social/Athletic Club: One-time payment of
initiation fee up to $2500 for qualifying attorneys after
three years of service
CLE and Client Development Expenses: Reimbursement of registration
fees and travel expenses for approved CLEs. Reimbursement
allowance for client entertainment and business development
expenses.
