Mentoring |
| Each
of Schwabe’s summer associates are assigned a mentor within
the firm to coach and support them on their career path. In
most cases, this mentor is a former participant in the summer
associate program. The mentor does not assign work and is not
asked to formally evaluate the summer associate. |
