Legal Secretary/Assistant
The firm is seeking an experienced litigation secretary in its Employment practice group. The position requires litigation secretarial skills, knowledge of Oregon state court rules and USDC court rules, experience with electronic filing in the various state and federal courts, knowledge of BOLI procedures, strong computer skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and efficient, will have the ability to turn work around quickly, and will possess strong oral and written communication skills. This position has higher than average word processing requirements and the successful candidate will need to be fast and accurate with keyboarding.

Help Desk Technician
The Firm has an opening for a full time Help Desk Technician. Working in a team environment, you will be required to provide end user and back end support for approximately 400 users. Your primary responsibility will be to assist users with all of their technical needs. The ideal candidate will be able to remain calm under pressure and enjoys seeing problems resolved to completion.
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of relevant IT Work
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
· Microsoft Office Specialist Certification preferred
· A+ and Network+ preferred
· Prior training experience a plus!
· Law firm experience a plus!
Essential skills:
· A great customer service attitude
· Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work with users of all skill levels
· Strong knowledge of MS Office
· Solid PC and networking skills relevant to a large business environment
· Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
· Some travel throughout the Pacific Northwest
