Professional Experience
Aaron Laing joined Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in 2007. He focuses his practice in the areas of land use and litigation. Mr. Laing has significant experience assisting property owners and developers facing a broad range of entitlement issues such as vesting, boundary disputes, SEPA mitigation, rezones and regulatory takings. Mr. Laing is also experienced in real estate, contract and construction litigation. Prior to joining Schwabe, Mr. Laing was an associate with the Seattle office of Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland.
Professional & Community Activities Mr. Laing is a youth mentor, and soccer coach and player. In 2005, 2008-2010, he was recognized as a Washington Rising Star, which is an annual listing of the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state -- those who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
