Professional Experience
Charmin Shiely focuses her practice in the areas of business transactions, corporate finance and commercial finance. She joined Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt following a practice advising community banks. Ms. Shiely is experienced in public and private mergers, public offerings and private placements, asset sales, securities law advising, and commercial finance. She also frequently advises with respect to structuring executive and equity compensation and business transition planning.  Ms. Shiely also focuses on transactions in the maritime industry, including vessel build contracts, vessel sales, vessel financing, charter parties and port leases.

Professional & Community Activities
Ms. Shiely serves on the Board of Directors of Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation and is an active participant in the Campaign for Equal Justice.  She previously served as chair of the Pastoral Council of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Beaverton and continues to be active in that community. Ms. Shiely was previously on the Executive Committee of the Securities Regulation Section and a member of the Financial Institutions Committee of the Business Section of the Oregon State Bar.
