Professional Experience

Christiane Fife's practice is focused on representation of businesses involved in product liability, business and tort litigation and on providing clients with advice on consumer protection and other regulatory matters. She frequently defends manufacturers in complex product liability lawsuits that involve automobiles, recreational vehicles, drugs and medical devices and manages all aspects of those cases from inception to completion, in federal, state and multi-district proceedings.

In her advisory practice, Ms. Fife assists manufacturer and food and beverage clients in ‎managing risk. She helps clients create warranties and warning labels for new products, advises ‎on the enforceability of existing warranties and disclaimers, the sufficiency of existing product ‎warnings, and compliance with other laws and regulations including California's Proposition 65.

Ms. Fife has been an attorney at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt since starting her career in 2004. She enjoys getting to know her clients' products and their businesses in order to assist them in developing tailored solutions to achieve their individual goals.
