Professional Experience
Dave Kopilak joined Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in 1994 and focuses his practice on business and corporate law.
Mr. Kopilak has considerable experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, buying and selling businesses, organizing corporations and limited liability companies, and advising clients on a variety of general business matters.
Mr. Kopilak has also worked on-site as an attorney for Intel Corporation, and is the co-founder and president of ClayTablet, a company that provides legal documents to Oregon and Washington attorneys.
During law school, Mr. Kopilak was the Executive Editor of the Oregon Law Review from 1993-1994, and an Associate Editor from 1992-1993. Professional & Community Activities
