Professional Experience
Joaquin Hernandez counsels clients with their government affairs and relations. He works with corporate government contractors and grantees in managing the risks inherent in the complex laws and regulations affecting domestic and international operations. He regularly advises companies about government contract and grant administration, trade and export control regulations, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Mr. Hernandez's clients work in diverse industries, such as health, technology, construction, maritime, aerospace, and manufacturing. He has represented clients involved with bid protests, public disclosure requests, government contract disputes, and government investigations and oversight.
