Professional Experience Mark LeCoq has extensive experience representing both large and small businesses in business transactions and disputes. He has negotiated, prepared documentation and closed transactions for equipment lease portfolios, industrial equipment sales and purchases, commercial loans, and heavy industry construction projects totaling well over half a billion dollars. He also has extensive experience with lead responsibility for business dispute resolution and enforcement. In recent years he has represented GE Capital Colonial Pacific Leasing, GMAC-RFC Health Capital, GE Capital Healthcare, Unified Western Grocers and Oregon Steel Mills. Representative transactions he has handled include acquisition of new steel manufacturing equipment for approximately $300 million, closing commercial loans to medical supply, dental care, nursing home and healthcare businesses in excess of $120 million and acquisition of multi-million dollar tunnel boring machines for a large public works under-river tunnel project. Professional & Community Activities Mr. LeCoq is a long-time volunteer for the American Red Cross. He has served as Chairman of the Board for the Oregon Trail Chapter and the Pacific Northwest Regional Blood Services Board.
