Professional Experience
Craig Russillo focuses his practice in the areas of creditor's rights, foreclosure (judicial and nonjudicial), loan workouts and restructurings, bankruptcy, real estate litigation, and general commercial litigation. Mr. Russillo appears regularly in state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington. In 2001 and 2002, Mr. Russillo represented the state of Koror in the Republic of Palau (former United Nation's Trust Territory and current sovereign nation) as general counsel. Prior to joining Schwabe in 1997, Mr. Russillo clerked with the Credit and Bankruptcy Section of the Oregon Department of Justice in Salem, Oregon. Professional & Community Activities
Mr. Russillo is a member of the Debtor-Creditor Section of the Oregon State Bar, the American Bar Association's Litigation Section, and sits on the executive committee of the Business Litigation Section of the Oregon State Bar.
