Professional Experience After practicing litigation for three years in Portland, Noah Jarrett joined Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in 2003. Throughout his career at Schwabe, Mr. Jarrett has worked as a trial lawyer in the areas of construction law, admiralty law, and commercial and business litigation. He prosecutes and defends construction litigation on behalf of owners, design professionals and others. He handles and litigates a wide variety of claims for maritime transportation, railroad and fishing industry clients. He litigates and has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout Oregon and Washington. Mr. Jarrett currently serves as assistant group leader of the firm's General Litigation Group, composed of approximately 30 attorneys and paralegals. He is proud to have served as a judicial clerk for Washington State Supreme Court Justice Gerry L. Alexander before beginning his career as a lawyer. Professional & Community Activities Mr. Jarrett is a member of the Oregon and Washington State Bar Associations, the Multnomah County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Maritime Law Association, the Maritime Commerce Club, the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, and the Construction Law Section of the Oregon State Bar. He also serves on the board of directors of Classroom Law Project and volunteers for the firm's legal clinic.
