Peter Osborne joined Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in June of 1988 as part of a merger with the Portland law firm of Grebe, Gross, Peek, Osborne and Dagle, P.C. Mr. Osborne primarily practices in the areas of taxation, corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning. Professional & Community Activities
Mr. Osborne is a member of the American Bar Association Taxation section. He is a member of the Taxation section and Estate Planning section of the Oregon State Bar as well as a member of the Estate Planning Council of Portland.
He is on the Board of Directors and has served as President of the Portland Tax Forum. Mr. Osborne was an Adjunct Professor in the Portland State University Graduate Tax Program (1977-2000) in which he taught Corporate Tax II and Corporate Tax III.
Active in his community, Mr. Osborne has served on the Local School Committee and committees for the Beaverton School District and is a member of the Portland State University Foundation. Admitted to Practice
