Professional Experience
Since coming to Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in 1972, Terry Hauck has focused his practice in the areas of real estate law. He has developed a strong reputation for his work in the areas of acquisition and development of bare land, acquisition and redevelopment of improved land, loan origination, loan closing documentation, land use, leasing, real estate partnerships and acquisition and sale agreements relating to income-producing properties.

Professional & Community Activities
Mr. Hauck is a member of the Real Estate and Land Use section of the Oregon State Bar. He has been named by Chambers USA as among the top real estate attorneys in the United States, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He is a former member of the Clackamas County Planning Commission. Mr. Hauck is an avid fisherman.
