Melissa Berube focuses her practice in the area of business. She is experienced in all aspects of business law, including legal research, writing, negotiations, and contract drafting, with special knowledge of business agreements, including design, technology and sponsorship. Prior to joining Schwabe, Ms. Berube interned at Nike, Inc., in Beaverton, Oregon.
