We have been anxiously awaiting the decision by the U.S. Supreme Court on the fate of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Schwabe attorneys Bruce F. Howell, Peter D. Ricoy and Wally Miller have reviewed today's Court ruling and are ready to share insights on what it means for employers and the healthcare profession.
