We have assisted clients with the development of projects for "cold ironing" ships in port for energy efficiency and in reduction of particulate and carbon emissions, and with contracts to trade Nitrogen Oxides (NOX) and Sulfur Oxide (SOX) emission reduction credits for infrastructure and industrial development funding. Schwabe lawyers have helped clients to utilize federal and state energy tax credits for capital improvements or remodeling existing buildings, in both commercial and residential developments.
