The Seattle office of regional law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt continues to grow its employment practice with the recent addition of attorney Brian Keeley.
Keeley focuses his practice in the areas of employment, employee benefits and ERISA. He has defended employers against claims by employees before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Washington State Human Rights Commission, the United States Department of Labor, the Washington Department of Labor and Industry, the Washington Employment Security Department, and in state and federal courts.
A frequent speaker on employment law trends and issues, Keeley has presented to organizations across the state of Washington on a wide variety of employment-related legal topics including avoiding employee lawsuit liability, wage and hour issues, employee benefits issues, and more. He graduated from the University of California, Davis, School of Law with a juris doctor degree.
