Kris Brown has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement. She assists clients with brand management, including domestic and international trademark clearance, registration and enforcement. When litigation is necessary, Kris assists attorneys with disputes, including trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Kris manages global trademark portfolios in fields ranging from wines to office supplies, and also assists clients on copyright and licensing issues.
