Susan Wooley—Bureau of Labor and Industry (BOLI)

As the Prevailing Wage Rate Technical Assistance Coordinator for the past 13 years,

Susan oversees BOLI’s prevailing wage rate (PWR) law education program, giving

seminars on PWR law to contractors and public agencies. Prior to this position, she was a

compliance specialist with the PWR unit for 5 years, investigating complaints of PWR law

violations, and instructing contractors and public agencies on how to stay in compliance

with the law.

Amanda GamblinSchwabe, Williamson, & Wyatt

Employment Group co-leader Amanda Gamblin offers practical advice for the unique

employment issues that arise in the technology, construction and maritime industries.

Her advice integrates complex and often contradictory legal requirements with the

business realities facing a workforce that may be deployed for extended periods,
