Susan Wooley—Bureau of Labor and Industry (BOLI)
As the Prevailing Wage Rate Technical Assistance Coordinator for the past 13 years,
Susan oversees BOLI’s prevailing wage rate (PWR) law education program, giving
seminars on PWR law to contractors and public agencies. Prior to this position, she was a
compliance specialist with the PWR unit for 5 years, investigating complaints of PWR law
violations, and instructing contractors and public agencies on how to stay in compliance
with the law.
Amanda Gamblin—Schwabe, Williamson, & Wyatt
