Katherine Wax Joins Schwabe's Real Estate and Construction Group
Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt is pleased to announce that Katherine Wax has joined the firm in its Real Estate & Construction industry group. Based in the firm’s Portland office, Katherine will continue to support clients throughout the Northwest.
Katherine represents owners, developers, property managers, and tenants in real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and ground leases. Her clients have included some of the largest companies in the Northwest, as well as small businesses and start-ups. She handles deals involving a broad range of product types, from Class A office buildings to industrial facilities and shopping centers, with a particular focus on complex mixed-use projects in urban and suburban areas. Katherine also supports clients in corporate transactions involving real estate assets.

Prior to joining Schwabe, Katherine was an attorney with Perkins Coie LLP. She was named to the Washington Rising Stars list in 2016 and 2017. An active member of real estate industry groups including the Urban Land Institute and Commercial Real Estate Women, Katherine also serves on the Board of Directors for Pratt Fine Arts Center in Seattle, Washington.
Katherine graduated from Northwestern University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
