Brendan Crowley Bolsters Schwabe’s Real Estate and Construction Industry Group Focus
Key new team member adds depth to group’s industry-focused practice

Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt is excited to announce that Brendan Crowley is joining the firm, adding considerable experience in real estate law to Schwabe’s deep bench in the industry.

Brendan works closely with operators, managers, regional and national developers, and institutional investors to bring their commercial real estate projects to fruition. He focuses on the acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing, financing, and disposition of retail, office, mixed-use, industrial, and senior living properties.
Brendan has extensive experience managing complex due diligence matters, including the purchase and sale of private utility systems and portfolio acquisitions of grocery, shopping center, agribusiness, and senior living assets. A skilled negotiator and practical dealmaker, Brendan has years of experience navigating Oregon’s ever-changing real estate landscape, which allows him to serve as a wealth of knowledge to his clients.

Brendan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Brendan was named a Rising Star by Georgetown University Law Center’s Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute.
Brendan graduated from DePaul University College of Law with his Juris Doctor degree and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
