The following is a paper I presented yesterday to the Intellectual ‎Property and Technology Law Sections of the Oregon State Bar. In the paper I discuss recently-decided ‎Supreme Court cases and those to be decided this term. However, the paper is ‎primarily concerned with identifying trends I see in Federal Circuit decisions in areas such as induced ‎and divided infringement, personal and subject matter jurisdiction, claim construction, patentable ‎subject matter, inequitable conduct, obviousness, on sale bars and injunctive relief. Hopefully you will ‎find this of interest.‎
