Al provided clients with intellectual property counsel reflective of his experience as a software engineer and product manager and was beloved by colleagues and clients alike. Al leveraged his decade-plus of experience as a software engineer and development and product manager to guide his clients on patent prosecution needs while assisting with global innovation protection and cross-border technology transactions. Al counseled clients on overall IP strategy, portfolio development, freedom to operate, design around options, infringement exposure, validity of third party IP, licensing and enforcement.
