Kevin Kerstiens is a tax lawyer with a broad range of experience in his 35 years of practice. His emphasis is in helping clients plan the transition of their assets and estates to their designated successors, from the preparation of simple wills to complex multi-generational trusts. Clients appreciate his focus and dedication to maximizing the preservation and protection of wealth while minimizing the impact of taxes.
Kevin has helped many clients transition the ownership of their closely held businesses to the next generation of owners and create private foundations and charitable remainder trusts. He worked for many years drafting and preparing retirement plans and employee stock ownership plans, and has experience in qualified and non-qualified executive compensation. Kevin has helped his clients establish all manner of organizations, from LLCs to corporations.
