Lance Termes
Overview
Lance Termes’s experience as an in-house patent counsel gives him the client’s perspective on service and communication. He provides full-service counseling and comprehensive management for his clients’ large patent portfolios in the fields of immunology, oncology, molecular biology and pharmaceutical formulation.
Lance has a range of pharmaceutical law experience, such as working on cases involving monoclonal and bispecific antibodies and fusion proteins. His experience also includes biopharmaceutical drug product formulations, genetically engineered cells, and medical devices.
Prior to joining Schwabe, Lance spent ten years in the San Francisco Bay Area at Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP and Alston & Bird LLP representing large pharmaceutical and local biotechnology companies.
