Carmen Calzacorta, a shareholder in the Portland office of regional law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, recently joined the board of Associated Oregon Industries (AOI).

Calzacorta focuses her practice in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on securities law compliance, corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general business advice. She is the practice group leader of the firm’s Business and Corporate group and co-practice group leader of the firm’s Corporate Finance and Securities group. Calzacorta graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law with a juris doctor degree.
