Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt recently received the Campaign for Equal Justice Award.

The Lawyers’ Campaign for Equal Justice strives to improve the wellbeing of the people of Oregon by supporting access to civil legal services to those who live in poverty by developing and distributing resources through fundraising, public education, and law-related projects. The organization was started by Oregon lawyers and now boasts more than 200 volunteer attorneys.

The Campaign for Equal Justice is most commonly known as Oregon’s annual statewide legal aid fundraising campaign. Since 1991, the Campaign has raised more than $19 million.

Each year, the Lawyers’ Campaign for Equal Justice honors firms that go above and beyond in the campaign year. Schwabe was recognized in the Large Firm category for the biggest percent increase in number of donors since last year, along with an increase in overall dollars raised.
