How I represent clients at Schwabe
I help businesses efficiently and effectively resolve commercial disputes. I handle breach of contract claims, real property disputes, collection matters, and insurance-coverage issues. I also routinely analyze and negotiate a wide range of contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers and have found that my litigation skills aid in this analysis.
I also advise youth-serving entities on child protection and child safety issues, as well as represent them in cases involving employment-based tort claims. I am a member of the National Diocesan Attorneys Association.
In addition to my experience with outside clients, I serve as Deputy General Counsel to the firm.
