How I represent clients at Schwabe

I assist clients on a broad range of business and corporate matters, supporting transactions, corporate governance, and day-to-day business operations. My work includes conducting legal research and due diligence, preparing disclosure schedules, and drafting and reviewing corporate documents and agreements.

I regularly prepare corporate governance materials, including entity formation and dissolution documents, consent resolutions, nondisclosure agreements, operating agreements, and other organizational contracts. I also work on mergers and acquisitions by reviewing diligence materials, drafting transaction-related documents, and coordinating key deal documentation.

In addition to my corporate work, I have assisted with carbon transaction matters, including compliance and registry research and the drafting of offset credit agreements.

Before joining Schwabe, I served as a Summer Associate in 2023 and 2024, where I focused on business, corporate, and carbon matters and developed experience working on a variety of client matters.
