HOW I REPRESENT SCHWABE
As a legal investigator for Schwabe, I utilize a variety of techniques and technologies to provide attorneys and their clients with the most complete and current information possible. I have conducted over 30,000 hours of investigation for Schwabe clients throughout Oregon, Washington, Alaska, California, Idaho, Montana, and Arizona.
I am also a member of Schwabe’s Trial Technology group, working closely with trial lawyers to design and implement digital evidence presentation systems. I’ve helped to employ sophisticated presentation software and hardware platforms in over 60 trials, mock trials, and hearings. I am a Certified Courtroom Technologist through the William and Mary School of Law Courtroom 21 Project and The National Center for State Courts.
I have been a guest lecturer regarding courtroom technology to the U.S. District Court of Oregon, the Oregon Federal Bar Association, the Oregon State Bar, the National Business Institute, and the Oregon Paralegal Association.
