How I represent clients at Schwabe
I’m a highly dedicated attorney with a passion for merging technical knowledge with the law. I’ve successfully drafted office action responses, some of which were filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as developed claims for provisional patent applications. Whether helping clients to secure a patent or providing guidance through patent prosecution, I’m here to help my clients throughout the process. Additionally, I assist with drafting and reviewing privacy policies, terms and conditions, data retention policies, and data protection addendums.
I previously served as a legal extern at the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office in New York and was a summer associate in the IP department at Schwabe in the summer of 2023. I’ve also contributed to the University of Washington Student Legal Services and the UW School of Law Trademark Clinic, where I provided trademark opinion letters and filed trademark applications.
