I have significant experience in telecommunications land use matters, including new site developments, modifications of existing facilities, collocations, and easements. I also advise telecommunications clients on real estate transactional matters such as acquisitions and sale of telecommunications facilities, telecommunications mergers and acquisitions, leasing, licensing, lease buyouts, and other related documents and transactions. This includes representing wireless carriers in a wide range of proceedings across Oregon and California.
