Given my extensive experience in various real estate matters, from acquisitions, leasing, and land use to regulatory compliance, I am committed to delivering tailored and effective solutions to my clients. My in-depth knowledge of the law and my clients’ needs gives them confidence as we approach each transaction together.

  • Represented a growing national coffee company in drafting and negotiating hundreds of retail build-to-suit and ground leases nationwide.
  • Negotiated numerous leases for office space, ground space, and food carts throughout Oregon.
  • Represented a regional telecommunications company in the purchase and sale of real property in locations throughout the West Coast.
  • Represented purchasers and sellers of closely held businesses.
  • Drafted local opinion letters for real estate financing transactions.
