Michelle Folse

Senior Paralegal

My goal is to provide quality, cost-effective service for the clients we serve.

HOW I REPRESENT SCHWABE

I assist clients with a broad spectrum of personnel and employment law matters. I am experienced in complex litigation-related matters with a focus on issues ranging from employment discrimination and retaliation claims to wage and hour class actions.

I have assisted in representing employers in workplace investigations, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges, civil service appeals, and Department of Labor claims, as well as handling union-related grievances and negotiations of collective bargaining agreements. I effectively and efficiently address clients’ HR operational needs, including preparing handbooks, workplace policies, workplace training, and employment contracts. I have experience working with eDiscovery, drafting legal documents, and managing trial exhibits, discovery, and pleadings. I have also served as a legal assistant, during which I supervised more than 800 cases and assisted in all aspects of trial preparation and conclusion.
