How I represent clients at Schwabe

My practice centers on guiding clients through a broad spectrum of commercial real estate and business transactions, with a particular focus on natural resource-based industries. I have significant experience with the acquisition, disposition, financing, and operation of timberland and agricultural properties. Additionally, I advise on leasing transactions and commercial contracting matters, always taking a collaborative approach to deliver strategic, goal-oriented solutions. My priority is to ensure transactions are smooth, tailored to client objectives, and lead to successful outcomes.

I am especially passionate about helping clients tackle complex challenges to achieve their objectives. My work spans conservation transactions, carbon projects, renewable energy projects, and the drafting and negotiation of supply, stumpage, management, services, and other commercial agreements.
