How I represent clients at Schwabe
I represent clients in construction and commercial litigation, focusing on disputes involving general contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. My practice includes defending tort and contract claims related to alleged defective work, including matters involving residential disputes up to large public works projects.
I work with clients and colleagues on complex and multi-party litigation, helping guide matters from the pre-suit stage through resolution. I also advise on contract strategy and risk management, including analyzing commercial agreements for potential breach-of-contract exposure and drafting vendor service and other litigation-related agreements.
Before joining Schwabe, I practiced at another Portland-area law firm, where I gained over four years of experience handling construction and commercial disputes.
