This year, in addition to the eight attorneys from Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt that were listed on the Washington Super Lawyers roster, three shareholders received special distinction. Jennifer Campbell has been listed among the Top 50 Women, and Dennis Ostgard and Bert Markovich have been listed among the Top 100 attorneys in Washington.

Annually, the Super Lawyers list recognizes outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Both the Top 50 Women and Top 100 lists represent attorneys who received the highest point totals in the Washington nomination, research and blue-ribbon review process.

Campbell focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, including product liability, professional negligence, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, food liability, and toxic torts, including benzene and asbestos claims. She graduated from Seattle University School of Law with a juris doctor degree.

Markovich has tried more than 100 cases through verdict, and has won more than 90 percent of the cases he has tried. He focuses his practice on the defense of maritime claims, complex litigation, and the defense of claims involving product liability. He graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law with a juris doctor degree.

Ostgard is the chair of the Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group for Schwabe’s Seattle office. He has handled all types and sizes of real estate transactions in the areas of acquisition, sale, leasing, financing and development of real estate, both within and outside the Pacific Northwest. Ostgard graduated from Harvard Law School with a juris doctor degree.
