How I represent clients at Schwabe

As an associate in Schwabe’s business and transactions department, my objective is to help clients pursue their legal, economic, and community interests and assist to obtain favorable results. Whether drafting contracts, closing deals, or giving counsel, I maintain a goal-oriented approach with the client’s interests top of mind and treat every matter with the same level of urgency and care.

With my background as a former engineer and project manager, I have developed and honed technical, professional, and project management skills that I leverage in my work today. I’ve built commercial buildings, sports stadiums, and a reputation for hard work that I bring to my legal practice. My experience in M&A, commercial contracting, finance, and involvement in the full range of Schwabe’s transactional work spans our firm’s many industries and allows me to bring to bear a wealth of practical knowledge to my clients’ benefit.

Prior to Schwabe, I clerked for boutique law firms with focuses on construction, engineering, and real estate, but my broad passions and curiosities have led me to develop interests and experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, and healthcare.
