Women’s initiative Committee
Our mission is to recruit, retain, and advance women in business and the practice of law by:
- Providing opportunities for professional development, training, and networking
- Increasing the number of women lawyers hired by Schwabe
- Improving the number of women who remain at Schwabe and advance to Equity Shareholder
- Increasing the ratio of women in management and leadership roles at Schwabe
- Identifying firm policies and procedures that impact women and revising any detrimental to advancement
- Collaborating with all Departments and Committees to advance this mission
