Women’s initiative Committee
Our mission is to recruit, retain, and advance women in business and the practice of law by:
- Providing opportunities for professional development, training, and networking
- Supporting the retention and advancement of women attorneys at Schwabe
- Encouraging women to take leadership and management roles at Schwabe
- Identifying firm policies and procedures that impact women and revising any detrimental to advancement
- Collaborating with all Departments and Committees to advance this mission
