How I represent clients at Schwabe

Specializing in appellate advocacy and motion practice ‎in high-stakes litigation is a main focus of mine. Such ‎cases have implicated a wide variety of subject ‎matters, including product liability, labor, land use, ‎environmental, commercial, bankruptcy/receiverships, ‎and intellectual property. When complex issues arise, ‎my clients and fellow attorneys rely on my insight, ‎analysis, and advocacy.‎
