Industry focus

I leverage my technical and legal experience to provide exceptional legal services aimed at ‎protecting your intellectual property rights in high-tech industries.‎

How I represent clients at Schwabe

I assist clients with intellectual property matters in computer and other electronics industries. In particular, I have extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications for various semiconductor and electronics technologies. My degree in materials engineering with a focus on semiconductor technologies allows me to communicate clearly and effectively with inventors and decision-makers in high-tech environments. I have a deep technical breadth, which helps me excel in the prosecution of inventions directed to semiconductor devices and fabrication processes, semiconductor processing equipment, electronics packaging, display systems, integrated circuitry, LED devices, and other electrical device technologies. My experience also includes working with companies of all sizes, such as Fortune 100 corporations and start-ups.

Prior to joining Schwabe, I was a member of a prominent patent prosecution boutique in the Silicon Valley area for four years. I also worked as a patent agent while obtaining my law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
