My role is to help clients seize opportunities, identify and manage risks, and find creative solutions to complete transactions efficiently.
How I represent clients at Schwabe
I work with operators, managers, regional and national developers, and institutional investors to bring complex commercial real estate projects to life. My practice spans all phases of a project, from acquisition and entitlement to development, leasing, financing, and disposition, across asset types that include office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, data centers, energy, manufactured housing, medical office, and senior living properties.
With years of experience as a skilled negotiator and practical dealmaker, I help clients navigate Oregon’s evolving real estate landscape with clarity and confidence. My deep understanding of both the legal and business dimensions of development allows me to serve as a trusted resource and strategic partner on every transaction.
