Schwabe’s Bert Ray and Matt Singer have been named to the 2020 Alaska Super Lawyers list. Super Lawyers recognizes outstanding attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. No more than five percent of attorneys in Alaska receive this distinction.

Bert Ray is part of Schwabe’s Transportation, Ports, and Maritime industry group. Bert has 30 years of experience representing ship owners and operators, P&I clubs, and insurers. 

Matt Singer recently joined Schwabe’s Natural Resources industry group from Holland + Knight’s Anchorage office as have five of his colleagues. Matt has served as counselor and litigator to Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs), private businesses, and public agencies in cases involving land use, water law, pollution and spills, permitting and regulatory compliance, public governance, and other corporate matters.
